Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

For airports: driver will wait in the arrivals area with a meeting sign with your name.
For hotels: driver will wait near the vehicle in front of the hotel reception with a sign to meet your name.
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

VIP Transfer I do recommend, they are very professional, On time, clean Vehicules, polite, well dressed and respectful drivers. They drive well according to speed limites and very aware of the road.

Great Experience! VIP Transfer was waiting for us at the airport with my name on a clipboard after getting our luggage. We were delayed leaving. I used the Whatsapp and let them know. They immediately replied not to worry and they would be watching the flight. Departing, our plane got delayed again. I used the app and asked them to pick us up an hour later. Again, they replied within a minute and said no problem. They even sent me a new confirmation with the updated time. Our driver was 15 minutes early picking us up and again had a sign with our name. I thought the price for our van (seating 8) was reasonable. My only suggestion would be to order a car bigger than you think you need. There were 6 of us with luggage and we JUST fit in the van designed to fit 8.

I booked a Mercedes Sprinter van for a group of 8 for transportation to our hotel at arrival and to the airport for return. We missed our connection flight and were delayed 5 hours which made me nervous, but I messaged the company on the WhatsApp and they replied quickly that they had updated our trip. The driver was at the airport to pick us up and took us to the van. The 20 minute drive to the resort was very comfortable. The return trip to the airport went the exact same way. I would highly recommend this company!
