I made the reservation and my credit card was charged. We arrived at the airport and had VIP service escort us through the airport . When we came outside our ride was not there. The escort called the tour operator and they said they didn’t have the date. Awful service and I demand a full refund. If not I will be disputing the charge.

Diver was kind and courteous. Was a good driver. Would recommend to to other visitors. I hope I have the same service going home.
