You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

When we arrived I tried to text the what’s app number. It was correct once I walked back inside. People told me the add was fake then said oh wait it’s the right place. We then waited over an hr for pickup

The guys were outside waiting for me. He was holding a sign with my name. It was easy and fast. I highly recommend them for your transportation needs.
