This was a fantastic activity for our family. Rudy was informative and funny and such a great cook!! Even if you aren’t a foodie, I highly recommend this excursion.

We ended up with a private lesson with Francesca and her team, and they were all so warm and hospitable. We learned the history of Sancocho, learned and tasted some of the unique local ingredients, and made the dish together at individual stations. The meal was delicious, and the whole evening was a lot of fun. I would recommend for anyone interested in trying local food, as well as an exciting change from your typical resort fare. Thanks for the wonderful evening!
