Don’t book with this company. Tour company did not pick us up so booked with company which was great. Island was awesome. Hope to get my refund soon.

I received an email around 9:30 pm on December 30th and a text message I thought was spam because it was to someone named Danielle. I am extremely upset that the agent took my credit card information confirmed my booking and she was not aware that this tour would not be available on January 1, 2025

It was great. We had a good amount of time in saona and in the natural swimming pool. The driving from Punta Cana and back to Punta Cana could have been way more organized tho. The food served was really nice and the drinks were okay (although beer was only available for 1hr during lunch and that's all). The woman in the end was a bit too awkward in the way she asked for tips. But in general, it was a great experience and the staff are very kind. Would recommend and even go again.
