HORRIBLE! Try to avoid at all cost. This is a borderline scam. No English but is never advertised as Spanish only. Broken and super unclean equipment. I didn’t get a life hacked in time. The one I received was broken.

Antes de siquiera empezar, te llevan a una playa donde nadie te explica nada. Cuando ya te asignan a un guía(lo cual no te lo dicen que van a hacer, en las fotos parece que vas en tu propia lancha) lo primero que hace es venderte un paquete de fotos de manera muy insistente e incomoda. Quería 120 USD para las fotos y no aceptaba un "no" como respuesta. Después de mucho insistir, ya acepto que no pagaríamos las fotos, permitiendonos empezar. En total, pudimos manejar el barco por 10 minutos, el resto del tiempo el guía lo manejaba. Al llegar a la zona de snrokel, no hay mucho que ver, solo te dejan flotar en una zona con algunas piedras y pocos peces. Vimos que los guías de otros tours tiraban pan para que se acercarán, en nuestro lo único que hizo es estar con una mala actitud ignorandonos en el barco. Luego nos llevaron a una piscina natural. Esa estuvo muy bonita y la vista increíble. Encima de todo, sentimos que la actividad no duró en tiempo que anunciaban, no fue algo de 2-3h, duro 1h a lo mucho. Al final, nos hicieron esperar 35 minutos para el transporte al hotel, y querían que primero fuéramos a dejar a otros huéspedes que quedaban a 35 minutos en sentido opuesto a nuestro hotel, haciendo que el regreso fuera de 1:30. Al negarnos y decir que mejor nos íbamos en Uber, nos dieron preferencia y nos dejaron en nuestro hotel en un tiempo más razonable. Honestamente termine decepcionado, pensé que iba a ser algo más emocionante.

Super fun! Carlos was a fantastic guide. We had a blast snorkeling and on the speed boat. Highly recommend!!
