The horseback riding was fun. The guides were great. The only negative is the week they take you to is very dirty. Other than that it was a good experience.

We booked the horse riding tour (Sunset Private)a couple of days before and from the start the process was a breeze. We gave them a message before hand and were able to get a very timely response back. On the morning of the tour we received a message if we were celebrating anything or doing it for a normal trip. On this occasion It was going to be special and again the company were very accommodating and asked us if we drink wine etc. Pick up from the hotel was on time and communication was very good. We went to a local shop to try some coffee and Mamajuana as well as homemade cigar if you smoked. The souvenirs on offer were great and well priced. After arriving at the ranch it was nice to see the horses in a big open field with plenty of access to food and water. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming and again tried some more Mamajuana. The horses were very well looked after with some fresh shoes and well groomed. They were well behaved with no issues and we enjoyed the canter to the beach. At the beach, we stopped off and were lucky to have some Rose wine which was organised by them. This was a cute setting and allowed us some time to relax and enjoy the views. The photographer was extremely good and managed to capture every moment and went above and beyond to make it even better. Overall I’d recommend this trip to anyone, especially if you’re planning for a special occasion.

This was such a beautiful and worthwhile excursion! I went solo and met the sweetest gal who was also from the States. It was nice to have our very small group of two, but to have someone to do it with. The ranch was stunning, many beautiful horses, dogs, chickens, etc. it was a nice long walk to the beach on horseback and on our way back we stopped for empanadas. I would totally to do it again! I’d recommend wearing long pants, I made the mistake of wearing shorts and my legs rubbed against the saddle quite a bit.
