The best part was galloping along the beach. I had so much fun! You have to try it at least for the experience. How many people can say they rode a horse along a beautiful beach?

I want to give a zero star. We stayed at Sanctuary Cap Cana in Punta Cana where everyone entering the resort’s gate need to show their ID to get through. The tour operator contacted me via Tripadvisor website asking me to contact him via Whatsapp so he could get an access code to the resort. I didn’t have a phone service in Dominican Republic nor whatsapp account so I had to use the resort’s wifi. The only way to check any messages from anyone is via email. I’m on vacation so I couldn’t check my email every hour. Do you expect the tourists to check the messages when they are in the pool or at the beach? The driver never showed up to pick us up at 16:00 as scheduled. At 16:07 I saw the message and called the tour owner using the resort’s phone. He said it’s too late and was going to give me a refund. When I was back to the US, the Viator customer service emailed me stating they wouldn’t give me a refund because I didn’t call to confirm my trip. They didn’t provide the service and stole $155 from me. On the other hand, I had booked another tour before this one with another tour operator who didn’t request me give a confirmation ahead of time. Do not fall into this trap.

This was so much fun! Truly a great experience with beautiful views. The trail was scenic especially when going onto the beach. Also loved the pics at the end!
