The driver Rodney was great and made sure we got to our destination in a safe and timely manner. It interacted with us the best he knew how even with our language barrier.

we prebooked transfers and had 0 checked bags. advised company so they would be there on time. they were not-given the run around-they will be here in 5 minutes, ok 10 minutes. we then went to a different section for pick up (in the heat) and he finally came. the cab driver did a good driving job, but he had no intention on meeting our flight. He arrived approx 30 to 40 minutes after we checked in for the service.

Perfect trip as promised, loved having a sign with my name on it amid the chaos as you exit the airport terminal. Was met by uniformed agent and escorted to our vehicle. They also helped with luggage and before departing made sure bathrooms were available. Communication via WhatsApp easy and fast with our agent.
