We are the only country in the Zip Line that offers dual line cables, plus a lifeline at the same time. In other words, our zipliners will be subject to a lifeline, before entering the first platform and will only be released when reaching the last line of the circuit. On the way back we will make a small stop in the cigar store there we will show you how we make the Dominican cigar.

We loved zip lining but I am sure there are other places we can go to do this. The people were great nothing on them, but they were not ready when we arrived. We were picked up at 8 am and had to sit to wait for the instructor who told us that they did not open until 9am well after 9am. Nevertheless, we were the first ones there so we got done in under 45min just before a large group arrived. I would look into other ones as they may have better views or taller zip lines.

Nice staff, good intro and explained everything well. Lovely grounds etc Down side was toilets!! Very dirty and didnt get cleaned whilst we were there. Covered in faeces

Booked this excursion for 8 people. 7 went across the first zip line without issue. When the 8th person was going across one of her safety harness snapped and was only connected by a thread sending her into a panic. One of the workers had to help her finish the zipline as she stopped about half way across. He held his hand over the snapped portion, not sure if he was trying to hold it togther or just so she wouldn't keep looking at it. After that she was done. She did not complete any more ziplines and was understandably very upset. The workers were all talking about and also appeared visibly upset. Unfortunately the rest of the group continued on not knowing what had happened. Thankfully no one else had an issue with their equipment. The place is definitely not in the best shape. Some of the steps on the platforms looked to be held on with zipties and alot of trees need to be cut back as you smack your legs into them while ziplining. Paid $49 per person for a total of $392. Requested a refund for the one person who had the equipment malfunction who did not continue and was given a $26 refund. Would NOT recommend this excursion
