• Hotels: We offer hotel pickup services from any hotel within Doha City. To ensure a seamless experience, kindly provide your hotel's full name and address.
• Doha City: Please provide us with the complete address if you require pickup services from any address within Doha City.
• Port: For pickups from the Doha Port cruise terminal, kindly contact us after making your booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.
• If you are outside our pickup areas, we will contact you to provide information on the nearest meeting point.

  • Children are not permitted to ride camels on their own, and we do not bear any responsibility in the event of non-compliance with this provision from the guest.
  • Some of the activities are potentially hazardous, you are required to understand and agreed to participate on your own risk before participating in those activities. Falcon Tours and its suppliers will use all their experiences and assistance to minimize the risk to you, however, Falcon tours is insured company. our insurance will cover travellers while they are in the car during travelling.
  • Children under 12 years old are not permitted to ride camels /sand board on their own, and we do not bear any responsibility in the event of non-compliance with this provision from the guest.
  • We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes when participating in sandboarding activities.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

It was a great experience. We were picked up from our hotel and started with a camel ride. Then moved to dune bashing with Saleem. Saleem was great, explaining everything and his driving was fun and adventurous. We then did sand boarding, which was the most fun and interesting. We ended the experience by sealine beach where we had a view of Saudi Arabia in the distance. Overall Saleem was great. Highly recommend.
