I have had a terrible expirience to get the tax refunds in the Madrid airport. So I would like to share how does it work in order to help all those people that need to do this while leaving the country. First step: before check-in your luggage scan all your receipts on the self-service machine. Second step: after check-in and after security control, before you go to the gate, look for the "tax free refunds" or "global exchange" office. They have to approve your apply. During the shoping while in the store you can choose to get your tax refund in cash or credit card. If you choosed cash - you get your money right away, otherwise you'll get it sometime in the future on your credit card. This office is open just from 7 am till 11 pm!

Mall où nous ne sommes plus au Qatar, mais en Italie, à Venise, avec ses ponts et canaux et gondoles.... Les enseignes les plus courantes y sont représentées, ainsi que les grandes marques de luxe. J'ignore si c'est libre d'impôts, car ce n'est pas donné...
