    We will leave from Marrakech at 8am and drive 40 minutes to get to our first stop in a Moroccan berber house and we will visit all of the berber rooms to see how they live. After this we will go up to the roof to see an amazing panoramic view! The owner of the house "a berber lady" will show us how to make the berber mint tea and we will have breakfast too (bread_ butter_honey_olive oil and tea). After this great experience at the berber house the second stop will be for a Camel Ride (30 minutes). We will then drive to the Setti Fatma village which is the center of the mountains and go hiking for 1hour to the top to see the 7 waterfalls with the best views of Ourika village. We will then go back down and have lunch in the valley. After it, we will go for our quad bikking time, and there you will have 1 hours to ride the quads near to the Takerkoust lake. At the end of the afternoon we will go back to Marrakech.

As a family we did a full day trip with Abdul: had breakfast at a berber house, rode camels, climbed in the atlas mountains, had a traditional Moroccan meal and finished the day with quad bikes. It was an incredibly fun day and we loved every part of it. Abdul was a great guide offering help at each point. We felt safe and excited throughout. Was well worth it.

Tipp: Gute, geschlossene (wasser-)feste Schuhe ???? Guide/Auto: Freundlich, relativ defensive Fahrweise. Klimatisiertes, modernes bequemes Auto Essen: Frühstück in Berberhaus mit Tee sowie Brot mit diversen Aufstrichen. Mittag in Restaurant mit übersichtlicher Karte, nur Getränke muss selber bezahlt werden. Kamel: Eine 15min Touristenattraktion von wenigen hundert Meter ins Gelände und zurück zum Auto. Bin ehrlich gesagt zufrieden dauerte es nicht länger, da ich gegen Tiere für Tourismuszwecke bin. Ourika: Wir waren an einem Sonntag dort, es war voller Einheimischer Tagesgäste, kaum ausländische Touristen, Ort ist äusserst beliebt. Wanderung dauerte ca. 90min und setzt eine gewisse Fitness sowie Kletterfähigkeiten voraus. Die Wanderung ist von einem Einheimischen geführt. Wunderbare Aussicht auf Wasserfälle und das Atlasgebirge. Quad: Für Personen die kein Motosport oder sonst nichts Adrenalinartiges im Leben machen war die geführte Tour super(!) Für mich (fahre seit 10 Jahren Motorrad und nicht das erste Mal auf einem Quad) ein wenig "lahm" - aber der Guide muss sich an die Fahrweise der schwächsten anpassen ???? Alles in allem das Geld definitiv Wert gewesen. Kamen mit ca. 30min Verspätung erschöpft und zufrieden in Marrakesch an.

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida giornata facendo tantissime attività senza doverci occupare di nulla se non che di godercele alla scoperta di un Marocco inedito e per noi inaspettato. L’esperienza sul cammello e sul quad non hanno fatto che arricchire la gita regalandoci anche dei momenti di divertimento. Grazie di tutto.
