An interesting excursion. Three completely different experiences. The ice hotel delights both children and the elderly. Waterfalls - a short walk through nature. Quebec City is an experience of history and culture. Accompanying the trip is an experienced and unobtrusive guide, who told us to call him MASTER, because we can't pronounce his Chinese name. I recommend this excursion, especially because of the possibility to be picked up and returned to your hotel.

It was a great. We had a driver pick us up. Then we had assigned seating on the bus. The bus drive was smooth and we had enough time to do all 3 events. I also enjoyed the rest breaks.

J ai reçu un premier mail de TripAdvisor résumant la réservation et ce qui était inclus ( hôtel de glace, chutes de Montmorency, aquarium et ville de Québec) puis un autre sans l'aquarium.... Une grosse déception pour nous car nous avions opté pour cette excursion pour cela. Concernant le prestataire, l'organisation en amont de la journée avec échange de messages pour le ramassage a l'hôtel. Le jourJ très bon accueil de notre guide qui nous explique comment se déroule la journée et nous donne également des explications historiques des lieux. Le timing était parfait sur chaque étape. Nous n'avons pas suivi le guide sur la ville par choix pour manger au restaurant mais il était possible d'emporter un repas froid et manger dans le bus. Nous avons passé une excellente journée malgré tout grâce a la bonne organisation du prestataire. Je recommande cette excursion avec des ados.
