Francis was our tour guide and he was wonderful! He did a great job of explaining all the neat details of the city while answering everyone's questions with enthusiasm. Despite the snow, the walk was wonderful due to the perfect pacing and beauty of Old Quebec.

We had a great tour today with Francis! This is my third time in QC, and this is the first tour that took us inside the churches. Francis was energetic and engaging with a great knowledge of QC history. Definitely recommend!!

Francis well-handled what turned out to be a big group in cold weather. He was very knowledgeable but most importantly engaging. He mixed history and humor and ensured all were engaged.
