Our guide arrived promptly in period dress and began our tour on the boardwalk terrace outside the hotel by giving us much information on how the hotel began. Upon entering the hotel he made several stops with the group citing both historic facts & interesting stories. He was very knowledgeable with his information. We do not speak French but we had booked the French language tour as it better fit our time frame. We did not expect our guide to translate but he did, just for the two of us. We applaud him as a wonderful guide and also for going the extra mile to give us our dollars worth on the tour.

Thomas made this a truly unforgettable experience and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Learning the history and being able to go into the hotel and feel it was great. 5 stars to Thomas!!!
