You'll see the falls and the shrine, but only after you've spent around 2 hours being driven to a chocolate shop and a copper art gallery where the tour operators and the store proprietors all hope you'll buy something.
By the time the tour operator actually took us to Montmorency Falls, which I had been looking forward to, it was the last stop and we were about 10 minutes away from losing the light for the day. In addition, the tour itself wasn't particularly interesting, which was surprising considering how old and full of history Quebec is.
There are many tours to the falls and the shrine. Unless you want to buy chocolates and copper art and don't want to drive yourself to do it, don't book this one.
