Our driver/guide Francois was great. The rest was adequate. We were told to arrive 15 early which we did. It was pouring rain. The bus didn’t arrive until 10:30 meaning we were soaked. It was not the regular tour bus with big windows and an open upper deck but rather looked like an Old school bus that had been repainted. The windows were so fogged up from the rain none of my pictures turned out clear. Our driver did his best to compensate but was not ideal at all

Trip Advisor describes this tour perfectly, both the driver and tour guide were very knowledgeable and helpful, answered all of our questions and provided us with great service. Well worth taking the time to do.

Great guide, great tour! Would recommend to get to know the city! Plan to spend more time in Old Quebec after, or take a ferry to Levis!
