We had scheduled a 2 night cruise in a private room 3 months ago. There were 2 other rooms 1 week before our cruise they emailed to say they cancelled it because they hadnt filled it up. They didn’t communicate over the last 3 months that they were having difficulty filling it and that we might look at other options. We traveled from the USA and were really looking forward to this cruise. Weve since talked to other tour operators who said they would have just operated the cruise and maybe took a loss so they didn’t disappoint customers. Bad form and bad communication
