Our feedback would be; 1) Introduce yourself and ask others to introduce themselves 2) Set the scene about the murders we will hear about 3) Slow down when speaking, be clearer and spend slightly longer in each location 4) Put the pictures on an iPad so they are clearer to see 5) in between locations share with the group the local sites as we walk around the city

We had such a lovely guide named claire she made sure to talk about everything respectfully (also adding disclaimers) while also being very entertaining and humoresque (in between the dark parts of the stories). she knew a lot of details and had a good storytelling. all in all it: was a great experience i would definitely recommend it!!
