  • Diving within 48 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor
  • Additional dives may be booked and paid for on board (subject to availability). Maximum of three dives in a day.
  • Children under the age of 12 years are not permitted to dive.
  • Evidence of dive certification is required from all divers wishing to participate in a certified dive
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • If its raining on your day of travel, the tour will still go ahead. If Calypso cancels due to poor weather, mainly high winds, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
  • Cancellation fees may apply if less than 24 hours notice is given prior to departure

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The Scuba Diving was awesome! Saw plenty of fish and the instructor was great! The boat ride back was a bit rough (but I loved it) and there were a few people vomiting but other than that, perfect ????

My wife and I are very experienced scuba divers from years past, but have only dived a handful of times in the past five years. That may be why they assigned Cherlyn to dive with us and the rest of the divers went with the primary dive master. We did just fine, but it was really nice that we lucked into having Cherlyn as our personal guide. She was very familiar with the reef that we dove and and showed us a number of things we would have never seen going with the larger group. The rest of the crew was also excellent, as was the sandwich buffet for lunch. A cold beer on the way back to the dock was also a highlight.

My husband wanted to do some diving whilst we were visiting Port Douglas, so we booked onto this tour. It was an added bonus that I could also go along and had the option to do snorkelling as well. The crew were all very friendly and my husband was able to do a dive at each of the 3 stops. On speaking to one of the crew (Lilly) I mentioned that I had only learnt to swim a few years ago, and only really swam in pools before. She could see I was nervous, especially as I would be snorkelling on my own as my husband was diving. So she offered to swim with me and stay with me at the reef. Lilly was amazing, she reassured me the whole time and put me at ease, I felt completely safe and am so glad I got to experience seeing the reef as it was breathtaking. Lunch was provided on this trip, and food allergies were easily accommodated. I would define recommend this tour, we had a brilliant time.
