Granite Gorge Nature Park, Mareeba, Queensland, Australia A privately owned nature park near Mareeba with stunning scenery as you walk along the short circuit navigating massive boulders. Striking scenery and wildlife galore.
The big drawcard at Granite Gorge is the rock wallabies. This colony is an endangered species that is unique to the Mareeba area. Plus, you’ll see other native wildlife. 60 minutes

Our guide Gav is the best ever guide we’ve ever met around all countries we been, he is very nice, knowledgeable and kind . He know almost everything in this region, Queensland, this country and every field such as geography, history , culture and the most important is he’s very humorous to make whole group laugh all day.
His plan and the views are really worth the drive time from cairns.
Strongly recommended for travel with family like us.

This was a truly great day with activities well spaced around the drive and refreshments etc. The caves are spectacular and we especially loved the rock wallabies at granite gorge to end the day - so friendly and so cute
