I had a great time birding on a private reserve in the Mindo area. Daniel, along with the owner of the reserve, did a wonderful job guiding me and helping identify the many species of birds we saw and photographed. I had a million questions about the country of Ecuador and its people, and Daniel patiently answered every one. Highly recommended!

Salimos temprano de Quito y llegamos al primer sitio después de 1 hora y media. Pudimos observar al menos 10 especies diferentes de colibrís incluido el cola de raqueta. Tuvimos suerte que también vino un quetzal cabeza dorada. Desojes subimos a una reserva increíble. El trogon Andino estaba cerca de la casa. Después el tucan Andino y el pajaro yumbo. Todo increíble!

Salimos temprano de la ciudad y viajamos por una hora hasta la primera oarada donde pudimos observar colibries y algunas tangaras. Despues subimos a otra reserva donde el tucan andino fue lo mejor del tour. Lo recomiendo mucho
