  • Cotopaxi National Park, Ecuador
    We will travel along the Route of the Volcanoes observing several mountains, snow-capped mountains and volcanoes.
  • Salcedo, Salcedo, Ecuador
    We will make a stop on the route to taste the delicious natural fruit ice creams "Helados de Salcedo"

    We will hike around the Limpiopungo lake

  • Cotopaxi Volcano, Tanicuchi, Ecuador
    We will visit the Mariscal Sucre interpretation center, which has showrooms, a souvenir shop and a cafe. The center is located within the Mariscal Sucre Station and Cotopaxi National Park.

Javier was an excellent guide! He gave us context of the land, the people, and the history for our day to Cotopaxi. On the hike to the refuge he was encouraging and at the same time respectful of our intentions and capacity. He was knowledgeable of the flora & fauna. Javier is very pleasant to be with! His English is very good and knowledge of world and USA music phenomenal. He used that to build a shared bond early in the experience. Hats off to Javier! Viator was very good at managing the connection with Ecuador tracking Planet. Good job all the way around!
