Nice place, but swamped with people. Not enjoyable. I left the thermal pool area and headed to spa and reserved a massage which was nice. Entry fee and spa services very reasonable prices.

I booked the tour as I wanted to do something special for my last day around Quito, and to relax as well. If you want to go to Papayacta thermal waters, this tour is a worthy option, Aurelio will pick you up and drop you off where you choose, you will have plenty of time to enjoy the thermal waters, learn facts about the country and if you want to practice Spanish as well, all the boxes are checked. Aurelio also took photos of me with my phone with the Laguna landscape in the background. If you're looking for a private tour of Papayacta, I can only recommend this tour without hesitation. Aurelio is a friendly and helpful guide who will help you to answer whatever question you have, proactively ???? Un gusto
