Pato provided us a marvelous cultural, historical, and personal tour of Quito. We particularly enjoyed the tour of the local market, the Guayasamin museum and house, and the Voter Cathedral. Pato filled every minute with fun and interesting information. He is a knowledgeable and charming leader. It was an exceptional visit.

I highly recommend this company and this tour. I literally had one day in Quito, and less than half a day to see some of the sites that I really wanted to see. I was fortunate to learn of ECUADOR A COLOR, and found the owner, Patricio (Pato) to be very quick and responsive over WhatsApp, and he was able to tailor the private tour to my personal needs. Whereas the whole day private tour usually starts in the old town and basilica, then goes to the teleferico, then finishes at the "Center of the World," I wanted to do the tour in reverse order; because I had a private excursion, Pato was more than happy to accommodate my wishes. He was able to assign me a very knowledgeable guide and driver - Kathy - who not only spoke English well, but she also had a wealth of historical and contextual information that made my visit feel like a deeper cultural immersion than I would have received from a guidebook if I had visited these sites on my own. Ecuador A Color, Pato, and Kathy respected my time, made my logistics easier, and gave me the quick version immersion tour that I wanted. When I am next in Quito, I will be happy to utilize this group's services again.
