My flight to the Galapagos was moved up 1 day due to tarmac work at the Quito airport. As a result I needed to make sure I got back to my hotel in time after my tour to get to the airport. I contacted the tour operator and they were able to start the tour earlier to accommodate. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. My tour guide was César Luis. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to navigate Quito such that I didn't miss any of the sights.

The tour company was very organized and communicated well. Our flight to the Galapagos islands was moved up so we had to change the timing of our tour. They did it with no issues. My tour guide was César Luis and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and got me back to my hotel in time for my flight out.
