Do NOT use this company! We booked our tour 10 months in advance as we had 1 day in Quito. Over the 10 months we were constantly asked for information which we mainly answered but some questions felt like they had nothing to do with the tour. This made us extremely comfortable. Meeting instructions were sent to us the day before the tour. Then the morning of the tour they just cancelled it. This felt like Lokafy had just been collecting information on us and they could possibly be using our information for other purposes. Our money has now been refunded but we would recommend not to use Lokafy.
