We will head west from San Pedro de Atacama, first visiting Yerbas Buenas, an area of great historical importance, as it has one of the largest groups of petroglyphs in the region. Through this place, the indigenous caravans that traveled from the Argentine northeast and the Bolivian Altiplano crossed, and arrived as far as the Pacific Ocean. We will find very different carvings and drawings on the rock, such as llamas, camelids, birds, monkeys and dogs. Next, when crossing Matancilla, we will see the Rainbow Valley, called that way because of the different colors that the mountains have because of of minerals. The earthy, reddish, beige, green, white and yellow colors reveal the different concentrations of salts, clays and minerals. Let's go for a walk, going through its rock formations and the unique landscape of the place.

    The tour will start from the city center of San Pedro de Atacama, passing through the Cordillera del Sal in the Atacama Desert, the driest place in the world, towards one of the most picturesque spots: the Valley of the Moon. The names already give a clear sign of the landscape, where rock formations dominated by erosion, areas covered in salt, the Duna Mayor and views that make you feel as if you were on another planet. We will cross the valley, visiting the well-known rock formations: the Três Marias, the Cano and the Amphitheater. To finish the tour, we will enjoy the sunset from the Licarantay viewpoint, where you will be able to observe how the desert changes color, with huge volcanoes on the horizon, which offer a spectacle that will leave you speechless.

Achei o local muito bonito! Uma experiência incrível! Realmente é o passeio que você pensa “estou no deserto!” Não tive nenhum problema com a viajando comigo, organização excelente, sempre informando as roupas necessárias para os passeios e tirando duvidas pontuais. ????????

Nós fechamos pacote com a Viajando Comigo para os três países: Chile. Bolívia e Peru. O custo benefício compensou muito. Fomos muito bem atendidas pelo Willian que passou muita segurança nas informações e, foi muito confortável viajar sabendo que estava tudo planejado e tínhamos uma agência única para tudo. Os tours no Atacama com café da manhã, almoços e coquetéis foram os pontos altos! Os guias eram muito bacanas, muito inteligentes e com muitas informações detalhadas. A ida de 4x4 para o Salar de Uyuni surpreendeu demais, uma paisagem mais linda que a outra, parece que está só você nos locais, é possível explorar bastante e os hotéis apesar de simples foram excelentes, bem localizados, comida boa. Ponto alto para o Hotel de sal que ficamos um dia antes de chegar no salar, foi incrível. No Peru foi bacana tb, os carros e tours eram mais simples e sem refeições, os guias não tinham muita paciência para esperar tirarmos foto e as comidas inclusas não tinham bebida como no Atacama e Bolívia. Eu super recomendo o roteiro e a agência, são super confiáveis e pontuais e entregam tudo conforme contratado, não tivemos nenhum problema ou perrengue em relação à isso, tudo saiu como o esperado.
