Nice Experience! The combination of knowledge of the story of the fort and kindness. The best guide that we have been in our trip. Very kind person we talked a lot of things, not only the history Amber fort we talked about life. And he is the best Photograher. thanks a lot for your kindness Prem!

Our guide - Mr Prem - was excellent and despite being of some vintage, knew all the spots for selfies and funky photos which went down well with the kids. Very knowledgeable and done at just the right pace. You’re probably in there for a couple of hours. The reason I’m not rating this as excellent is that the overall management & communications was poor. After booking (through TripAdvisor) I had WhatsApp exchanges with 3 different people with no one really introducing themselves and no clear instructions on where to meet, beyond ‘please have your driver call us when you’re there’. Similarly, post-tour one of these numbers was in an indecent hurry for a TripAdvisor review…so here you are. Please take note and improve how you communicate with customers; the product is good but your management is not.
