City Palace of Jaipur, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India The City Palace was founded at the same time as the city of Jaipur, by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, who moved his court to Jaipur from Amer, in 1727. The Palace was also the location of religious and cultural events, as well as a patron of arts, commerce, and industry. Now it houses the Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II Museum, and continues to be the home of the Jaipur royal family. The royal family of Jaipur is said to be the descendants of Lord Rama. The palace complex has several buildings, various courtyards, galleries, restaurants, and offices of the Museum Trust. The Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II Museum Trust looks after the Museum, and the royal cenotaphs. 120 minutes
Jal Mahal, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India Jal Mahal ("Water Palace") is a palace in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur. The palace and the lake around it were renovated and enlarged in the 18th century by Maharaja Jai Singh II of Amber.

Totalmente recomendable! Conoce perfectamente Jaipur, los sitios habituales más todos los recovecos. Se puede hablar de todo con él durante los trayectos y te ayuda con lo que necesites, especialmente para comprar algo especial o visitar algún lugar aparte de los típicos de la ciudad. Vinod picked us up from our hotel and did an amazing job of taking us around Jaipur. He was open to our suggestions and even took us to a few gems, which tourists aren’t aware of so make sure you ask for his recommendations also. We had a great day with Vinod who speaks perfect English and is sure to make the perfect guide for a day around the city.
