The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I could say many good things about our transfer! The driver was on time, courteous, professional and drove in a safe way. Also, the cost is a great value and the cars are newer and clean! And, you can request a driver that speaks English. We have used this service for five years now and will continue in the future.

We have used this service several years now for an airport pick up and transfer to Porto de Galinhas. It has worked out perfectly each time.
The driver meets us at arrivals, helps with the bags and the car is near-by. We have been in several of their vehicles and they are all newer and pristine clean. One of the drivers speaks English and is very helpful.
Driving in Brazil can be tricky. The highway is ok but city and other streets can be difficult to navigate. At least I know in Recife, I’ve been traveling there for +20 years. For us a transfer service works because there is enough in Porto to keep us busy especially if your in walking distance to town.
I would not hesitate to also use this service for tours. Especially with the English speaking driver! He has helped us several times communicate with hotel staff. Especially this last time locating a Covid test site.
The cost is very reasonable, especially compared to a rental. They are trustworthy. So it makes the trip less worrisome. I would not hesitate to use their tour service. They have a website for booking or I just email direct. Easy to reach, response time quick.
