Me and my wife booked two months in advance so that in the end we could not even find us. Then he tells us that we will go in a van with several people when we paid for a trip alone..... And finally a certain Daniel was very arrogant. Horrible to escape...

Due to late flight I was able to contact by courier and reschedule the transfer from airport to hotel very punctual the arrival of the driver

They did not show up at the arrival time of the flight. The site was out of the air for contact. I had to request cancellation and request refund
