Without a guide- much would be lost if you were to visit this site. There are so many stories and intrigues to tell, and I’m sure time only permitted a skim- great presentations and thank you Vicki

Jimena was an excellent guide. She gave a mix of history, urban legends, and ghost stories as we stopped at various tombs. While the tour was 2 hours, they flew by quickly. After the tour, you got a better idea of how Buenos Aires became what it is today. Definitely recommend going into the cemetery with a guide to give you some context as to what you're looking at.

Jimena did a wonderful job taking us around Recoleta and sharing interesting facts and fascinating stories about Argentina’s history and culture through the graves and mausoleums at Recoleta Cemetery. Listening to her was a delight, she is an incredible and engaging storyteller and a very knowledgeable tour guide who knew the answer to every question. I was very impressed and would recommend this tour to anyone!
