  • Temple of Karnak, Luxor, Egypt
    The largest of Luxor’s temples, Karnak Temple was one of the most sacred sites in ancient Egypt. It marked the ascendancy of Thebes (present-day Luxor) as the capital of the New Kingdom, with construction beginning in the 16th century BC. Most subsequent rulers tinkered with the complex so it represents a great crash course in different pharaonic styles. The major site here is the Temple of Amon, the largest place of worship ever constructed. There the Great Hypostyle Hall, which was once roofed, dwarf’s visitors with its dozens of colossal columns reaching 25 yards (23 meters) into the sky.

  • Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari, Luxor, Egypt
    Funerary temple, also known as the Djoser-Djeseru, sits at the base of limestone cliffs in Deir el-Bahri, the temple considered a memorial temple that honors Queen Hatshepsut, and one of the incomparable monuments of ancient Egypt, dedicated to Amon-Ra, the sun god. Designed by an architect named Senemut, this mortuary temple seems like resembles the classical Greek architecture of 1,000 years later. Within its precincts, you'll see sun court, chapel, and sanctuary. Temple reliefs depict the tale of the divine birth of Hatshepsut and trade expeditions to the Land of Punt "a reference to modern Somalia or the Arabian Peninsula".

Hagag is a very pleasant person, who is very polite, empathic, funny and know a lot of Egyptian History and his people. He knows basically every one. Besides that, he manages to show his expertise so well, turning our experience unique. I strongly recommend this tour. I would love to repeat this amazing vacation sometime.

Best tour guide in Luxor. Took care of everything and everyone. If you need anything Amen is your man in Luxor. In two days we saw the main tombs and ancient buildings. Very good times, would defenetely suggest!
