Pésimo servicio, no cumplíeron en nada de lo que acordaron, más caro que el resto y el peor, nos dejaron re tarde y las lanchas no cumplieron con los horarios , tres lanchas nos hicieron esperar

Fiz um transfer para Angra dos Reis em um banco com diversas malas ao lado, tão apertado que não consegui me mexer na viagem. Horrível também foi o atendimento para a compra do bilhete, tão complicado que gastei quase um dia para fechar a compra, entre perguntas, respostas, questionários e pagamentos. Tudo para viajar com as malas quase que por cima do passageiro.
