They messed up my booking, added me to transfer that would miss the ferry. There was no chance to make the connection. I ended up traveling the whole day (taking evening ferry). They did not apologize or offer any compensation instead kept blaming me until I eventually proved that it's their mistake.
I highly recommend arranging the regular bus and ferry yourself - in such way you're in control of the connection, it's much cheaper and more comfortable (my van did not even have an aircon working).

Só não dou 0 estrelas, por não ter opção! Falta de compromisso e respeito da empresa com os passageiros! Atraso na ida e na volta! Nao recomendo! Uma viagem de 3h passa a ser o dobro! A intenção de aproveitar o local chegando cedo, não aconteceu devido a falta de responsabilidade! Péssimo!!!
