Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was clearly excited about her opportunity to share the experience with us. Booking late in day was a great suggestion since the museum was less crowded. There were only 4 on the tour making it more personal. The downside it that the other couple was distracted and often was distracting but it wasn’t the guides fault. She was engaging and outgoing
