You will get the opportunity to know the Sami culture and join a pleasant Reindeer Sledding in beautiful North Norwegian nature. Saami are the indigenous people of the North and our Sami guide would like you to get to know his culture better, both past, present and future, through tasting some typical Sami food, seeing Sami artifacts and hearing stories and traditional Sami singing. * If conditions change we keep the right to amend the duration of the sled-ride. * All animals used for these services are trained for the activity, however, the behavior of animals can be unpredictable and therefore it is essential that all participants follow all given instructions for their safety, and the safety of others. *Each reindeer and sled are bound together in a long row with the lead reindeer in the front. * Sleds are shared, 2 participants on one sled. *Reindeer Sledding is subject to snow and if weather conditions don't allow us to run the sled-ride we will offer you a partial refund.

  • *IMPORTANT: The Reindeer Sledding (30 minutes activity) is subject to good snow conditions and sometimes we have to adjust the duration of this activity. If the weather does not allow us to run the sled-ride at all, we will offer you a partial refund. The rest of the tour will be held as normal.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

A lovely experience! The Sami tour guide was extremely giving of herself by sharing her personal stories as a reindeer herder as well as educating us on the traditions of the Sami. Would recommend!

Wat was dit een super leuke tour, heerlijk ontspannen op een slee met rendieren. De dieren voeren was ook een fantastische ervaring. En de trip werd heerlijk afgesloten met heerlijk eten en een mooi verhaal over de Sami cultuur. Echt een hele leuke trip om samen of met het gezin te doen
