Identification Required: Please have your booking confirmation or ticket available, either printed or on your mobile device, for verification during pickup.

Special Requests: If you have any special requests or need assistance with accessibility, please let us know at the time of booking or contact us at least 24 hours before departure.

Luggage Restrictions: Please note that space may be limited, so only small backpacks or handbags are permitted on the tour. If you have larger luggage, please make arrangements prior to the tour.
