Their listing lacks details. It says to show up at 10, which we did not the restaurant was closed. No wire in the details did it say we were to arrive 3 hour earlier. The restaurant manager did try to call us from a “Montana” number for a booking in Reykjavik ? I did answer but there was no one at the other end. She know she didn’t make contact with us abs we had no idea it was them trying to get in touch with us around 3 pm that day. Needless to say, we didn’t get to experience the dinner or the cruise and they refused to give our money back when the times are wrong and very unclear. Moralistically a bad company. Don’t do it. When I did make contact via phone - I was disconnected twice and then sent an email without my explanation baring taken into consideration. I had booked and attended other excursions. I won’t ever use this company again. I would recommend you don’t either. Not worth the risk. Just read the other reviews that had similar experiences.

Restaurant: very delicious food and friendly staff. Highly recommended! Cruise: friendly and informative guide. We had luck to see the Northern Lights!!! Very very beautiful and amazing experience!!! Highly recommended trip!

We have given this five stars as this experience has the potential to be the perfect evening. The food at Kopar was amazing and the adventure menu was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Unfortunately, however, we did not see the Northern Lights despite the crew trying their best. But that’s the problem with hunting the northern lights - it’s a complete lottery. As captain Ahab once said of chasing his white whale; my means are sane, my motive and my objective mad…
