Our chauffeur contacted us the day before and kept in contact with us. He was very friendly. He did have a heavy accent so it was a little hard to understand at times but not bad. I would recommend this service to anyone.

We had a very positive experience with our driver. She was professional and very polite. This company also offered a better price than the company that drove us from the airport to our hotel when we arrived in Iceland. They communicated with us regularly and promptly.

Tourism Iceland had great communication from beginning to end. They had their driver contact me the day before pickup on both the pickup and drop off. The driver, Vishnu, was very courteous and the vehicles were clean and comfortable for the 45 minute drive. We also had the same driver for both trips, which was great. I highly recommend this service.
