We will wait at the airport and if you have not arrived 75 min. past the landing time off your plane you have lost the pickup and are marked as "no show".
Taking into affect that the flight is not delayed. We will watch your flight number.

Hotel pickup:
If you have not arrived 15 min. past pickup time you have lost the pickup and are marked as "no show".

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Actually I used this both ways (to and from the airport). Service was super efficient, on-time and friendly. This is a small company that offers private service between Keflavik and Reykjavic, as well as several of the very popular day tours around Reykjavik. They were very prompt responding to my emails and various questions. Very reliable and a great alternative to the shuttle buses, especially when your flight arrives in the early morning (eg, those from North America). I will definitely use this service again!
