Hotel pickup:
If you have not arrived 15 min. past pickup time you have lost the pickup and are marked as "no show".

Wonderful experience with Ziggy! I had initially booked this transfer because it was the most cost efficient option for our group of 5. However, there are many other fringe benefits for US travelers. First, US flights get in at 6am and while there are other modes of transportation from the airport to city center, paying a little more to go direct to your hotel instead of transferring buses is completely worth it when you’re on 3-4 hours of sleep. It was easy to communicate with TripZig through the TripAdvisor platform before and throughout the trip. Our inbound flight was delayed and Ziggy patiently waited over an hour for us. Lastly, Ziggy had a booster seat for my child, which was a nice surprise! Overall, safe and efficient!

Can not recommend them highly enough. Excellent communication, prompt and personal service and the ability to pivot when our plans changed. There were 7 of us and Ziggy handled all of our bags and schedules like a champ. Would use them again in a second!
