Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Using our transportation in Iceland you will always know the cost in advance. Our transfer is also convenient because the driver will wait for you on the spot at the appointed time, meet you with a nameplate, help with your luggage and then comfortably take you to the right destination.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

We rode with Naomi all week during our stay in Iceland! She was perfectly on time, knowledgeable, and fun! She knows the right pick-up times, as well as need-to-know info on the Blue Lagoon and other attractions. She helped us with where to store our luggage while at the Lagoon and knew all the important details about how to have a great experience. She is very professional and our trip was greatly enhanced by having her on our team!
