In particular the place names here draw from the saga of Bárðar who was a half man, half ogre said to have lived in this area. The beautiful walk along the coast will give you the chance to truly dip in into this amazing landscape

Great! HBO are guide was funny, knowledgeable and accommodating! Website pictures, brochures and social media don’t capture properly the unreal raw harsh beauty that is Iceland, this tour was breathtaking! I am leaving a piece of me behind :)! Bus Travel is 100% recommended.

This tour was just fantastic. Our guide Jakob (sp?) picked us up promptly and immediately we set off towards Snaefellsnes. Jakob’s knowledge of Iceland’s landscapes was incredible, and he had so many fantastic stories to tell, including real Icelandic Sagas, tales of Elves and Trolls, all the magical things you associate with Iceland. The sights were amazing, from waterfalls and mountains to a black sand beach (my favourite part). Jakob’s driving was always safe and he was always making sure we were okay, whether we needed a comfort break etc etc. I couldn’t recommend this tour enough! Thanks for an amazing day Jakob!

Absolutely stunning vistas. The guide omar was very good. Loved the village of Arnarstapi. The hidden waterfalls were simply stunning. Very well organized tour.
