This Mini Baltic Tour includes some main places to see. Sigulda (Bobsleigh Track, Sigulda castle, Turaida castle, Gauja national park and Gutmana caves), then move on to Cesis (Cesu castle) and then there is option to see a secreat Soviet Bunker with guided tour.

Your local tour operator did not arrive to collect us and could not be contacted - DISGRACEFUL as we had paid in full and expect a full refund. NO COMMUNICATION FROM VIATOR - VERY VERY POOR

I booked this tour with high hopes – had my camera ready, jacket on, and excitement at full throttle. But guess what? The guide never showed up. No calls, no emails, nothing. I stood around like a lost idiot, waiting for over an hour while other tours came and went. It was beyond frustrating, especially since this was supposed to be one of the highlights of my trip.
That said, I have to give major credit where it's due: Viator’s customer support was excellent. I contacted them right away, and they handled the situation professionally. The refund was processed without hassle and quicker than I expected, which helped take some of the sting out of the experience.
To the tour operator: do better. To Viator: thanks for having my back.

This consisted of a driver taking us around to the locations listed in the tour. It turned out to be a good day, but the Soviet bunker was far and away the highlight of the tour. We had a private tour of the bunker which made the cost worth it (for us) as we are unlikely to ever be in a place like that again. The other locations were good, but far from unique.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
