I would shutdown this experience. They did not showup or call with a good reason for their cancellation of the tour. It is obvious that they are a scam.

I am thoroughly disappointed with this activity. I was very much looking forward to this full day activity. The tour operator did not show up. I started making contact with the tour operator the day before until mid day the day of the activity. I did not EVER hear from them. This is after paying about $350 ahead. I did contact Viator that refunded the activity, but I still have not seen it back into my account as of 5/25 and the tour was supposed to be on 5/23.
