Unfortunately, our tour guide did not come to the specially agreed meeting point... We could not be reached by cell phone. It was only when someone called from the tourist office that someone answered. Then they said that no one would be available until 3 hours later, even though we had booked and paid for 10 a.m.!! What a pity...

5 Erwachsene Personen hatten einen privaten Rundgang durch Riga gebucht. Die Tourenleiterin kam angeblich wegen Busverspätung 10 Minuten zu spät, und weil sie dann wieder in die Schule musste, hörte sie 15 Minuten früher auf. Die Erklärungen wurden von einen Stück Papier abgelesen, die gestellten Fragen konnten teilweise nicht beantwortet werden. Auf die Frage wie oft sie Führungen machte, antwortete sie, das dieses das Erstemal war. Und das alles für einen Gesamtpreis von 150 Euro!!! Wir werden bei TripAdvisor keine Aktivitäten mehr buchen!!!

This tour was the best I've ever had! The best part is that the guide is young and a local! So it's very interesting to listen to him, because Old Riga is about culture, history and night-life and Kristers (I think) knew about it all very well. He was funny and thorough and listened to our groups needs. I recommend this tour with all my heart!
