The real life of a favela, forget everything you know and come to discover it yourself! Our guides Pablo and Henrique were born in Rocinha, they’ll be delighted to tell you their story. You’ll live in immersion for a day in the largest favela of Latin America. The experience begins with the famous motorcycle taxis that will take you to admire a breathtaking view. After you going to discover a typical house with once again an incredible panorama. We’ll walk inside the bécos of Rocinha (small streets of Favela). You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about a social Capoiera project. But also other cultural points + some surprises. Wow, what an eye opening, unique experience. From getting picked up on motorcycles, to eating ice cream in the tiny alleyways, accompanied with talks about the residents, views, food. This tour has it all. Pablo is a beautiful, friendly, inspiring human who will teach you about how normal life works in the favela. Please ask any questions you have during the tour because Pablo will for sure have the answers. Thank you for helping us see an amazing part of this city and sharing us with your communities, such as Capoeira. Keep up the good grind!

Without doubt one of the best tours in my life. The Favela tour led by Pablo who grew up in this neighborhood and city was the highlight of my trip to this beautiful city Rio De Janeiro and Brazil.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Pablo , you can either meet him at the base of the Favela or arrange for a hotel pick up. We felt welcomed from the start with such a friendly atmosphere we had a fantastic start! The guide and tour was extremely good, very flexible (appreciate this!) and for that he deserves a special thanks. The next part is getting on Motortaxi the neighborhood is huge over 300, 000 in a mountainside. The Motortaxi is a thrilling experience in of itself up and how and down and around we went ???? until we reach the top. 

Pablo is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed the history, walking down through the neighborhood and getting a glimpse into the day to day life of the local Brazilians. People from Rochina are such a friendly and loving people who are trying their best to survive. The tour speaks about that and allows one to understand and love ❤️ the neighborhood even more. The scenery and views from the top was beautiful. The restaurants, bars, and small businesses shows the determination and will of the people and I felt good trying to support that while on the tour by buying from the small shops. If you can you should as well. 

The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to all of us. All respect for Pablo who does a great job there; a true sample of excellent tour guide!
